- Any unusual sounds, visible water, or other changes
- Access instructions and whether you are a Comfort Club member

Once the system has been evaluated, we can explain repair recommendations and discuss ongoing care. Comfort Club members receive priority service, two maintenance visits each year, and member benefits.
